Hair Care Log

In order reach my hair goals and stay consistent with my routine, I’ve decided to keep a simple hair log recording what I do to my hair on a daily basis. All photo albums of my hair progress are available on my Facebook Fan Page.

September 26-October 2, 2011

Sunday:

Saturday: Fell asleep with hair uncovered

Friday: Unraveled twists; wore twist-out

Thursday: Wore two-strand twists pulled back into ponytail. Washed hair (while still in the twists). Tied with a scarf; covered with a bonnet.

Wednesday: Wore two-strand twists in a bun.

Tuesday: Washed and deep-conditioned hair. Put into small/medium two-strand twists (took 1.5 hours to twist).

Monday: Wore in chunky dry twist-out. Went to bed with hair “wild” and uncovered.
